nanoDUST is a leading engineering company and manufacturer of measurement technology specializing in the detection of airborne nanoparticles and particulate matter. With our extensive expertise and many years of experience, we offer unique measurement solutions for monitoring nano- and microscale particulate matter, including associated calibration test rigs and test systems. Our state-of-the-art products and services are tailored to the specific needs of industries and authorities that require accurate and reproducible air quality measurements. With our research activities, we aim to improve air purity in industrial and traffic-polluted areas and promote health in workplaces and homes by developing state-of-the-art measurement solutions. As a young and emerging company, we strive to contribute to the development of a sustainable future through our advanced technologies and commitment to excellence.

THE TEAM

nanoDUST consists of a 4-person team of physicists, engineers, QM professionals and working students. With our interdisciplinary team and our extensive network within the automotive, semiconductor and metrology industries, we can support businesses and industries in a variety of fields with our engineering know-how on nanoparticle measurement.

Thanks to many years of experience, we are familiar with industrial development processes and work in a 100% agile manner to bring new product ideas to market quickly, including the necessary documentation.

nanoDUST was founded in 2020 by Dr. Florian Hüwe as a freelance engineering office for nanoparticle measurement technology and particulate matter sensor technology. Since then, we have been advising and supporting our customers in the development and commercialization of measuring devices and sensor solutions, primarily in the field of ultrafine dust. With the founding of nanoDUST GmbH in 2023, we are also active on the market as a developer, manufacturer and distributor of measurement solutions and test benches. With the establishment of our interdisciplinary nanoDUST Engineering Hub, we enable our customers to make flexible use of our engineering resources for project support.
